The mud pump cylinder liner overcomes the defects of low wear resistance of bimetal cylinder liner, fragile ceramic cylinder liner and poor heat dissipation, effectively prolonging the service life, greatly reducing the number of cylinder liner used, improving drilling efficiency and reducing drilling cost. At present, this new type of high wear-resistant and long-life mud pump cylinder liner has been used in the 3NB pump and F pump of Bohai Drilling Company and Chuanqing Drilling Company.
